A Starter pack alone cannot cover 1080P, but accumulated credits can. After two 1080P videos, Pro has 100 credits left for one 720P or two 480P videos. Payment must be verified before credits are added. Generation reserves credits; they are charged only after MP4 delivery.
No. Credits never expire. Whatever you don't use stays in your account until you need it — including for the next trend video you want to try. If you buy a bigger pack to make several takes, the leftovers keep their full value. Deleting your account also deletes its unused credit balance.
Confirmed technical failures cost you no credits: the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. If the provider task is still in an unknown state, the credits remain reserved while we verify it; do not submit the same task again. If a delivered video does not look as expected, contact support@ozilgoalai.online for an individual review. A free retry or cash refund is not automatic.
