What to include

• Video generation, playback or downloads: Include your account email, task ID if available, and a description of the photo preview or video issue. For existing tasks, also include the resolution and aspect ratio. Hide sensitive details in screenshots; do not email original portraits.
• Payments, credits or refunds: Your account email, order number or payment reference if available, payment date, and what you would like us to review. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
• Account or sign-in issues: The email you use to sign in, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw.
• Privacy and data requests: The email associated with your account and the data or action your request concerns.
• Content concerns or removal requests: A link if available, or a description that helps identify the content, and why you are reporting it. Let us know if it involves photos used without consent.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or other people's private photos. Hide sensitive information in screenshots before sending them.
